How It Works

Vitality Training provides a customized program designed for each individual, focused on improving your body's weaknesses, all in a safe and private environment.Your workout will utilize a variety of modalities for functional movement training including:

• Kettlebells
• Dumbbells
• Body weight
• Resistance bands
• Low/no impact cardio
• Fall prevention techniques
• Balance

Fitness Can Be Fun!

Private Training is one-on-one where you receive undivided, personalized training sessions. An evaluation will be performed to determine your fitness level. Goals will be set and you will learn skills and proper techniques for a safe experience. Ongoing monitoring of your progress will be tracked on a regular basis.

Small Group Training offers a social and supportive element to movement and is made up of 4-5 people just like you. The classes provide a variety of workout styles including Tabata, circuit, step and more. You’ll love the camaraderie in this type of setting making it lots of fun!

About Your Personal Trainer

With more than 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Debbie has earned her certifications specializing in programs that focus on stability, fall prevention, mobility and strength.As a dedicated advocate for older adults, she devotes her time helping those who want a healthier, balanced and stronger body. Her unique expertise and passion helping these women led her to create this unique program, a place where women over 50 can thrive!Debbie's certifications include:

• NASM Certified Personal Trainer
• SCW Certified Group Fitness
• NASM Certified Senior Fitness Specialist
• UC Davis Certified Matter of Balance
